Kommeri Service Co-operative Bank was incorporated in 1974 under the able leadership of Sri. K Chathunni Master and has been serving the people of Kommeri with efficient banking services to the common man. The bank offers several deposits and loans to its members. All deposits are given insurance cover and risk fund scheme is implemented for all loans with the bank. High interest rates prevail for all deposits. The bank has been giving 15% dividend to all its members ever since its inception.
The main branch of the Kommeri Bank is located at Methottuthazham and other branches are situated at Mankavu & Kinasseri, Kozhikode. A Neethi Store functions associated with the bank to make daily use items available at cost effective prices to people.
